This Privacy Policy explains what information Kisachi Beats ("Kisachi", "we", "us") collects when you visit this website, buy a beat, download a free loop, or contact us, and what we do with it. By using the site you agree to this policy.

Order information — when you buy a beat, our payment provider (Stripe) collects the payment details. We receive and keep your email address (used for your receipt and download access), the items you ordered, the license selected, the amount paid, and the payment status. Card numbers never touch our servers — they are handled entirely by Stripe.

Guest purchases — you can buy without an account. We match your order to your checkout session and email so your receipt and downloads work.

Account information — if we create a staff or team account for you (for example, a manager account), we store the email and password used to sign in. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes, never in plain text.

Contact information — if you use the contact form or email us, we keep your name, email and message so we can reply.

Usage data — like most websites, our hosting and backend keep standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and performance.

To deliver your purchases and free downloads, issue receipts, and keep track of license terms.

To provide customer support, re-issue expired download links, and respond to messages.

To detect fraud, prevent abuse of the download system, and keep accounts secure.

To improve the site. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails you did not ask for.

We use a small amount of browser storage to keep essential things working: your session if you are signed in, your shopping cart between pages, and your player preferences. These are strictly necessary and are not used for advertising. If third-party analytics or advertising are added later, this policy will be updated and, where required, we will ask for your consent first.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe receives your payment details and contact information to complete the transaction and is responsible for handling it under its own privacy policy. We only receive confirmation of the payment and the data listed in section 2.

We share data only with the providers needed to run the store: our payment processor (Stripe), our hosting, database, email and file storage providers. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business.

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and support purposes. Download tokens are short-lived by design and expire automatically (currently 15 minutes). Purchased files are stored privately and served only through expiring secure links.

We protect data with access controls: only authorized team members with an assigned role can view orders or settings, and staff actions are limited by those roles.

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your contact or account information. Order records may be retained where required for accounting. To make a request, email us at the address below.
