Welcome to Kisachi Beats ("Kisachi", "we", "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any beats, loops, stems, kits or other digital audio you purchase or download from it. By browsing the site, creating an account, or completing an order, you agree to these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that order.

All products sold on this site are digital audio files delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped physically. Product previews are streaming excerpts; the files you receive after purchase are the full quality files for the license you selected.

The Free Loops section offers loops at no cost. Free downloads are provided as-is and are subject to the same usage rules described below, unless a license notice attached to a specific loop says otherwise.

When you buy a beat, you purchase a license to use it, not ownership of the composition. Three license tiers are offered, and the specific terms that apply are the ones shown on the product page at the time of purchase:

MP3 Lease — an untagged MP3 file for demos, mixtapes and released songs with limited streaming/distribution, as stated on the license at checkout.

WAV Lease — a high-quality WAV file with a higher distribution allowance, as stated on the license at checkout.

Unlimited Stems — the full WAV plus separated track stems with unlimited distribution.

With any paid license you may record vocals over the beat and release the resulting song commercially, within the limits of the tier you purchased. You must credit the producer ("Prod. Kisachi") in the song title or description on all major platforms. You may not resell, re-license, register the instrumental itself with content ID, or distribute the beat as an instrumental.

Payments are processed through our payment provider (Stripe). Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time, but the price displayed at checkout is the price you pay.

After a successful payment you are taken to an order confirmation page with a secure download link. Download links are time-limited (currently 15 minutes) for security. If your link expires, contact us with your order details and we will re-issue your files.

Because products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and no refunds are offered once files have been downloaded or delivered, except where required by law. If you were charged in error or received a corrupted file, contact us and we will make it right.

You may not use the site or its content to infringe anyone's rights, attempt to bypass the checkout or download systems, scrape the catalog at scale, redistribute free loops commercially as your own product, or misrepresent authorship of the instrumentals.

We may suspend or block access to the site for abuse, fraud, or chargeback abuse.

All beats, loops, artwork, the "Kisachi Beats" name and logo, and site content are owned by Kisachi unless stated otherwise. Your license grants you only the usage rights described in section 3. The DAW featured on this site is a product in development; its preview images and descriptions are subject to change and do not create any license or subscription obligation.

The site and products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kisachi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
